I contacted them because I wastrying to claim my reward of 750 dollars and they finally wrote me back but nothing of any help. It only allows 3 times to upload your ID which i did and took a selfie.

Disqualified cause verification issue thats got to be on there end cause ive cashed out with same email 6 or 7 times and passed all them all except this one with same ID everytime and selfie

Reward taking too long
Preferred solution: The reward card I qualified for and money for the amount of time that I spent contacting the customer service department I have had to check in every deal and now it has been 5 days since I verified and still no damn reward
